Responsibilities:

• Develop site maps and wire-frames applying approved design direction

• Resizing digital images and uploading of images to the server

• Develop and maintain consistent look and feel/user experience throughout any user interaction on the site.

• Develop processes to improve the product development lifecycle and to establish consistent procedures and templates for tasks

• Develop processes that streamline and improve the efficiency of internal tasks, like content management.

• Develop information framework and architecture for new features and functionality.

• Proactively identify key improvements on the websites and find ways to integrate the improvement into the product development process.

• Participate in the development of key skills within the Company, including project management and tracking, design and information architecture.

• Provide support to sales and business development in managing products on the website.

• Make sure our websites have compelling content

• Must have 3+ years experience in IA work and managing technical projects

• Experience with online customer service/account maintenance is desired.

• HTML and basic JavaScript skills

• Photoshop, Dreamweaver, MS Project, Vision and protyping skills.
  
  
• Knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).

• Other computer skills, including Excel, Microsoft word and database programs a plus

• Passion for attention to details and clear interface design

• Strong attention to detail as well as ability to think and plan strategically

• Excellent communication, with strong writing and verbal skills

• Ability to work in a team environment and offer support and trouble shooting as a team member

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and aggressive deadlines while working in a fast paced environment.
